In the past, conjugating verbs in the Amharic language was a very difficult task It was necessary for an individual to memorize each conjugated word in each tense. However, we have developed new rules and shortcuts to make conjugation simpler while decreasing the amount of memorization required It is very important that you first learn how to conjugate in the present tense because it will provide the basic foundation for all other tenses. In order to help you expand your Amharic vocabulary efficiently, we have grouped objects in ways that will be easy to follow throughout the program. After you develop your vocabulary, we will teach you how to construct simple sentences.

......Ideally, a language should be learned from the ground up. However, for a number of reasons, this is not a possible route for a few group of people to take. There are people who need to learn as many phrases of a language as fast as possible. For example, a person could be planning a trip to Ethiopia in few days and won't have the time to go through the complete process of learning or it could just be that he/she wants to impress a few Ethiopian friends.
