look at how letters in a Group are related to each other in the way they are
written. You can see the differences are very small. Below is an example of
one Group. The letter in the center is the first Family of this group. As you
can see, Family #2, #3, #5 differ from Family #1 (center) only by different
extensions that are in red. If you are to remove those red extensions, you will
be left with the center letter. Similarly, Family #4 and #7 differ from Family
#1 by having one "leg" shorter than the other. And Family # 6 has
the stem on top tilted to one side compared to Family # 1.
Though they share similar appearances, they do sound different from each other.
