What is the Amharic Language Multimedia Series?

It is a PC based computer program that will teach you the Amharic language from start to finish. There are ten lessons distributed over four packages (Amharic 101, Amharic 102, Amharic 103, and Amharic 104), which are designed in a way that makes the learning process simple, and of course fun. General Information about the Program.

Amharic 101 is designed by a new generation of Ethiopians that utilized sound and pictures to explain complex ideas. Almost all material that is on the market today uses the old traditional method of memorization. If you have any previous attempt to learn a second language, then you very well know that it is easy to get frustrated, discourages, and finally drop the whole thing using such methods.
So before the Amharic series were developed, we spent a great deal of time looking for "short cuts". Short cuts are patterns or trends that are found in different areas of the Amharic language which are used to develop rules. These rules enabled us to drop a large portion of memorization and focus on the important stuff.
We then came up with the basic amount of material that a person should know to be able to speak, read, and write in Amharic. Having these two major points in mind, we developed the Amharic Language Multimedia Series. We would challenge anyone to find another product that would do all the above better than us!
